These terms cover use of this website only. They are placeholder terms pending final review — if you have questions about anything here, please get in touch before relying on it.

1. Scope

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Hada Events website at hadaevents.co.za, including browsing our content, submitting the contact form, and completing the Visionnaire. They do not cover the terms of any wedding floristry and decor booking — those are set out in the quote and service agreement you receive and sign directly with us once we've discussed your event.

2. Website Content

All text, images, and design on this website belong to Hada Events or are used with permission, and are protected by South African copyright law. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use, but may not reproduce, republish, or use our photography or written content commercially without our written consent.

3. Enquiries & the Visionnaire

Submitting the contact form or the Visionnaire is an enquiry, not a booking. It does not create a contract between you and Hada Events — a booking is only confirmed once you've received and accepted a written quote and paid the applicable booking deposit, as set out in that quote.

Please provide accurate information when submitting a form. We use what you share (event details, inspiration images, contact information) to prepare a relevant, personalised quote — see our Privacy Policy for how that information is handled.

4. Service Bookings

Once you engage Hada Events for a wedding or event, the terms of that engagement — pricing, deposits, payment schedule, cancellation and rescheduling policy, and delivery — are governed by the signed quote and service agreement for your event, not by this page. If anything on this website appears to conflict with your signed agreement, the signed agreement takes precedence.

5. Availability & Accuracy

We aim to keep this website accurate and up to date, but pricing guidance, availability, and content are subject to change without notice and are provided for general information only. Specific pricing for your event is confirmed in your written quote.

6. Limitation of Liability

This website and its content are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Hada Events is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website, including reliance on general content or temporary unavailability of the site.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of South Africa.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
